List slipping away users based on Intercom data

List users who haven't logged in to your app for a while and get your team to do something about it

What do I get out of it?

By identifying customers who are slipping away, you can do something about it before it's too late and reduce your churn.

How does it work?

You'll have to define what's a "slipping away user". Let's assume a user is considered as slipping away when they haven't logged to your app in 30 days.

  1. Import in a sheet the "Contacts" from Intercom. Call that sheet "Intercom contacts". See how to import your data in Actiondesk here.
  2. There is a column called "Last seen" which gives you the last time a user has logged in.
  3. Let's add a calculated column called "Days since last seen" with the following formula: =TODAY()-#'Last seen'. This will give you the number of days since the user was last seen.
  4. Apply a filter on the column "Days since last seen" to get records where that column is greater than 30.


You'll now have the list of all users who haven't logged in in the past 30 days. Have your team go through each of them, call them or email them to reactivate these users!
